Yeah, I'm taking about circular payments. I tried this with lightning-cli
lightning-cli rebalance <outbound channel id> <inbound channel id> <amount>
But I get this error message
WIRE_FEE_INSUFFICIENT
Also, I use Ride the Lightning, but the rebalance option is not in the GUI anywhere like it shows in the documentation and YouTube videos.
