You have to take the small victories where you can get them: I was in a convo yesterday where somebody started making "we shouldn't dismiss people we don't agree with" noises with regards to nazis & antisemites - for some reason I didn't feel like a debate on that so I just said "Nazis need to be punched in the face until they go away" & get this: NOBODY FELT LIKE DEFENDING THE NAZIS so my statement became the last word on the subject!
Surely wish the bar was higher, but...
