I see what's going on, they have a RIPE based ASN even though they're a US based entity.

So, if this has an actual impact, the impact will be worldwide. But at this point they're still generally considered to be the owners of the ASN and IP address block and AFAIK routers are gonna still route unless someone screws with them.

That said, you don't really need your own ASN to host a website, just use normal hosting at a hosting company.

Second thing: If you're gonna spread your operation across jurisdictions, do it the smart way - redundant. Don't do it the insanely dumb way, where you have single points of failure in multiple places....
