there are 5 dice there; the bias each of them, undoubtably, has, is unknown. So you will also have to account for that fact that the order in which they are read each instance, is also unknown, might be the same each time, or different each time. And then you still don't know how many dicerolls were actually made. Yes, nobody knows the bias will keep you save because nobody on earth knows even what the target is. Not even accounting for the fact that in this case, the bias is not actually limiting.

The coldcard case directly reduced the search space, in an known way, making it straightforward to search that space. What randomness does is ensure that because you have no way to approach how you got to a number, neither someone else does. But that by itself does not mean that if i come up with some scheme that only has 2 possible outcomes, i.e. 1 bit of entropy, it therefor becomes bruteforceable by someone who has no knowledge of my scheme/formula
