I might be reading it wrong but it appears that Kavanaughs concurrence is less about the merits and more about the implementability.
Alito's dissent seems disingenuous. Claiming that he takes the logistical challenges "very seriously" but gives that "serious"concern no examination. Surprisingly that is not the worst of it. I think however the dissent feels a bit sheepish and relies primarily on the standing question.
Also I love Thomas joining Alito, yet Alito writes in the first person singular. Like he's throwing his name on a group project.
