The human in the picture is using a mop to clean a floor. The robots on the back wall are mobile mop robots that clean floors.
You are nominally correct that the human has different jobs than the robot.
But in the case of this particular photo, the human is in fact doing the job that the robot was created to do. Your example is completely misplaced. This is more like a human outside of an automated car wash scrubbing the exterior of their own car.
