Interesting. This can be used on any scale pretty much depending on the transport method. Some of the new wifi stuff is interesting with the ability to create a 1km hub in a disaster situation with Lora stations in the area. I haven't tested how many people this works with tbh but having tor and internet transport does make useable for small-medium groups. I need more Lora devices to test further.
