Well, by 'longest chain' I actually mean 'chain with the most proof of work behind it'
The way I worded that made it sound wrong, my bad, it doesnt just need to be more blocks its more overall PoW. But if anyone is mining on the bip-110 chain it does pose an existential threat to the other chain forever more.
