Since you have to pick a side, I think the gameplay needs to be solid and cheat resistant. As per Bitcoin, there has to be proof of work.
That being said, ultimately it's about having fun, meeting people, organizing raids IRL, and starting to think about planning, recruiting, organizing teams and objectives, and hanging out at Bitcoin vendors.
Could be cool with bitcoinwalk (nprofile…cpzw) as well.
