Hmm, ndk outbox model should be enabled by default. Social graph filtering is a likely cause.
I'll need to make it bootstrap with more recent social graph snapshots and improve graph updating.
Follow lists are very large events: need negentropy or "send only matching event ids" support on relays to make recrawling & updating more efficient.
