I haven't run one but I am paying for hosting by the original team and I understand the tech. It is the only thing I am aware of that count as open source self-hostable version of Proton Drive. End to end encryption. The UI is rough a little but it is reliable. The team doesn't take VC money and have been doing this for a decade so I don't doubt their commitment. They are just bad at marketing.
