🎵LANTUN is an independent streaming and archiving platform built to preserve, share, and monetize Indonesia’s traditional regional music (Budaya Lagu) lyrics and instruments.
Rooted in Dwipantara Indonesia is an archipelago of over 17,000 islands and more than 1,300 ethnic groups, holding one of the most diverse musical heritage ecosystems on Earth.
Every region carries its own ancient scales, indigenous instruments, and oral histories. Yet, thousands of these songs remain unrecorded, fragmented, or at risk of fading away in the fast-paced digital era.
The Mission: Preserving Cultural Heritage LANTUN begins at home. Our core mission is to preserve, document, and revitalize Indonesia's lagu daerah and traditional instruments. By leveraging high-definition audio tech, deep metadata, and fair direct-monetization, we build a digital home where local artists and communities are respected, protected, and empowered.
