Honestly in all seriousness (and no hate to Derek being just TOTALLY biased & judgemental), when I started using them about 6 months ago I truly saw a difference. As an AuDHD adult who is solo parenting an adhd gremlin, how much they work has really surprised me!! grabbing one of these for either of us has completely neutralized hard moments in many different situations.
