I did meditate but in a quite half-hearted way, bamboozled by poor sleep. I now need to pop into town in the rain once the cat has finished with me (she’s currently using me as a pedestal for an enthusiastic wash). Then I suppose I should get started on some work. There’s nothing pressing today. Maybe I deserve a second breakfast first?
