GM Nostr fam, happy Sundaystr

I’m going to run a virtual 30-day challenge with a small group of people (in German) who want to make a change in their lives. Whether it’s to find more inner peace or to improve their physical and/or mental health. Everyone sets their own goals. We’ll reflect together, and each day I’ll provide brief insights, exercises, and prompts for reflection. We’ll also meet via video call at least three times to share experiences and learn new things.
