Not sure if this is useful at all, lean on their problem solving capabilities, not specific skills, yes these will be listed somewhere, but really go to town on how the graduate can approach anything that is put in front of them. Everyone other applicant will have this degree, this experience, this certificate. How they actually make progress is what good employers want to see. And if they dont see it or dont employ them, take it as a sign that they would be shit to work for.

Granted thats not practical job hunting advice, but once an opening is found, i'd like to think that would help them.
