I think you greatly underestimate the commitment to this many of us bip110 supporters have.
It also doesnt take into account what the market price is of each side of the chain post split.
Many "bitcoin" miners aka SHA-256 miners, mined bitcoin cash for long periods of time because it was profiitable and just purchased bitcoin with the proceeds. You are banking on bip110 side to have a very low market price.
