I used to think I wanted this. But anyone who's typed many commands on termux knows that you don't want a command prompt on your phone; you want a proper keyboard.
Having the ability to run shell scripts and use a Bluetooth keyboard is pretty key, but the Android/Graphene UI just makes more sense for most things on a mobile device. If anything we're moving to more voice, less typing, even from what we have.
I would like a subvocal keyboard though. Talking out loud is less than ideal in public or crowded areas.
