Bluesky is trolling Jamelle Bouie for making hummus (which looks transcendently delicious on a blue plate, by the way.) I have no idea what is wrong with people and am myself an enthusiastic hummus eater. In any case, here’s last night’s dinner: #vegan braised fennel and chickpeas made in my 25-year-old yellow Le Creuset from Winners, with heart-shaped biscuits rolled thin. It was very good and came from the excellent Rainbow Plant Life blog (
