I realize i’ve been on a nonstop stream of content. Sure it’s bitcoin, freedom and life content.. but it’s literally the opposite of freedom and life.
I decided to course correct in an extreme way. I blocked yt, x, and reddit as they were my main offenders on streams of content that i automatically reach for. And then i also deleted spotify, as that is where I listen to endless podcasts. Good podcasts that I like but sometimes you don’t always need to hear things you like.. you should also just be.
How can I be me when.. I. Am. Connected to a stream of consciousness via my phone. 🤷♂️
