Another productive week at Bitcoin Ekasi! 🇿🇦🧡
🎓 Bitcoin Diploma
• 10 students enrolled, including 2 repeating students
• 31 student attendances recorded
• 15,500 sats distributed as learning rewards ⚡️
📖 Postgraduate Program
• 19 registered students
• Students divided into 2 groups due to limited space
• Final book selections completed, including The Bitcoin Standard, Thank God for Bitcoin, Layered Money and others.
🎉 Last week, on 8 August 2026, we celebrated the graduation of our Diploma students.
🍽️ For some students, it was their first time visiting a restaurant. Even more special, students paid for their meals using Bitcoin through their NFC cards! ₿⚡️
This is what a Bitcoin circular economy looks like in action taking Bitcoin education beyond the classroom and into everyday life.
