I can honestly say that I've worked over 100 different jobs. I've been a writer, an environmental scientist... fuck, I even drove tomato trucks for a minute.
I have never secured a job from a friend or family member. I have a shit-ton of student loans for my retarded biology degree. And now I'm unemployed, aside from a very part time substitute teaching gig.
I'm lucky I have years of savings and a wife with a real job. I don't have any clue how the next generation makes it...
Nepotism is the only way now. You either got it ir you dont.
