Seems like they're doing it on purpose. Collapse the whole thing, blame cyber attacks, issue UBI, bomb a bunch of people, create a bunch of domestic distractions, and then gobble up all the assets in the crash with a recapitalized money. Then bomb a few more people so that the MIC won't cause too much trouble.
