Good question! The pasture raised cows get some grains in their diets and are free from antibiotics, hormones, steroids. Raised in Colorado. Similar marbling to a USDA Choice beef.

The grass fed & finished products are raised in similar very humane ways but get 0 grains in their diet.

Flavor wise - pasture raised is a little bit fattier and more buttery, the grass fished are more meaty / earthy.

Hope this helps!
