This sounds really damning out of context or if the context is the entropy bug, but given the context of the entropy bug, this doesn't make sense because the timeline is off. This comment was about another bug at the time. It wouldn't make sense to have it be about the entropy bug since that was in 4.0.1 and rolling dice would have made users safe after this. He's talking about 4.0 and his guide is being safe from a bug. That's clearly a different bug than the entropy bug since it was introduced afterwards.
