Today, had my last pilates session. The studio is closing after just one year in operation. Which, makes sense, who else can actually afford to go AND deal with traffic? But now I am wondering what the Real Housewives of Roatan are going to be up to now (already saw 3 of my pilates girls at the local RHoR HQ - Eldon's).
The teacher gave me a gift though - a resistance band.
I think reformer pilates is overrated, and feels like using a tool that has too many features for what you actually need to do
Also teacher quality - maybe half of the teachers do it because it's so trendy.
I'd try mat pilates instead at my usual studio in Dubai, or do it at home.
