Hey rev.hodl (npub1f5p…wt3z) I bet you would get a kick out of the way the Ashaninka plant their gardens. Because the plants are so interdependent in the jungle, they have been practicing permaculture for centuries. Their gardens are often indistinguishable from the jungle itself to outsiders. Plants growing on plants, often taking multiple lifetimes to establish. Some of the vine Daniel has harvested was planted over a hundred years ago growing on trees that were planted even further back.
