Andy Burnham's 'vision' for the UK's economy will become much clearer early in the week (which, in a reflection of the usual practices of our political class is being briefed ahead of time).
It's likely we are told, to include a radical de-centralisation of governance (including tax-raising powers to regions), a programme of nationalisation & mutualisation of strategic infrastructure, and a move to limit the veto power of the Treasury.
But, he'll need a delivery plan!
