Well, this was a fun read! An article by a journalist trying to live 72 hours without US tech.
It strikes me that while EU politicians fear that the Trump administration would cut us off from US tech... I feel like they'd only need to do it once for Europeans to finally take proper action and seriously invest in EU alternatives. Those alternatives all exist, but going there alone isn't much help. You need people to go there en masse.
