So I'm nearly $5k into a car that has spent more time at the shop than it has in my possession in the last month. Problem is that I've only had the car for a month. Test drive was fine. Bought the car. The next day a check engine light for a new timing system popped up. So it took them 3 weeks to get it "fixed". Now more timing-related check engine lights are popping up. It's currently our only car and my anxiety is the highest I remember it ever being.
