I have a question why is Snowden still exiled in Russia
It’s an indictment on us that punishing Assange and Snowden is somehow seen as the proper response in the wake of 9/11
25th anniversary is less than a week away and this still makes me furious
If we’re supposed to be better than our enemies this isn’t the way to show it, on top of all the other multiple problems of governments and intelligence agencies (like bill binney having a program, ThinThread, he claims would have stopped 9/11. Michael Hayden’s more expensive (much more expensive) program, and less good one, got used instead) we’ve discovered
I’m no fan of al-qaeda but really? If we were attacked for our freedom this is a funny way of showing it
