Short answer: I don’t know.
It’s called “self-heal” or “all heal” and I didn’t make those names up myself.
Most often if I harvest it, I’m picking the head and tucking it in my lip like a dip. Especially in cases of a skin condition like rash, sting, wound, burn, I believe it helps your body heal better if applied topically.
