I am a dad and a mum ...both in one. Never heard either one "I am proud of you."
Well, let me reformulate that... I have heard it from my inner circle friends... recently.
But, I have been trying to give it to myself.
Only each and one of us know what we went and going through.
I don't need outside validation, although it feels good to receive a well deserved appreciativr input.
To be honesta, I don't even know how to react to compliments...I blush and get out of words.
I feel uncomfortable and awkward when receiving it, lol.
