#hypothetical
A button is pressed in an IRGC office and 24 hours later most Americans cannot access the internet or make a phone call.
The outage might affect systems in other countries but ham radio and couriers are it for the contiguous 48.
The stock market would be falling if anyone could talk to it.
A government almost entirely reliant on internet communications will not be able to meet it's own low standards of functioning.
As a disasterologist and security expert; what are your plans for mitigating the impact of this or similar events on personal, professional and community levels?
