If you want to try out a HestiaPi without buying anything, as long as you have a Raspberry Pi lying around, you can!

Obviously it won't control your heating and cooling without the relay board, and you won't be able to see the LCD UI without the 3.5" LCD, but you can run the software and interact with the web interface.
