I’m not trying to pick a fight, but this sentence “The constitution is pretty clear here, as the Court seems to recognize.” Should give one hope, however the decision was 5-4. 4 of 9 justices didn’t think it clear.

Honestly with this court it’s amazing that it didn’t go the other way. I’m thankful for the decision but sad it wasn’t 7-2. 9-0 is not realistic, unfortunately.
