I think I saw this movie for movie night once many years ago. I wasn't really into it. I was in college when this movie came out and I was kinda going through that phase where I didn't want to watch CGI movies I felt were kiddy. I did make an exception for Toy Story 3 because I grew up with the franchise and wanted to see how the story ended. The ending of Andy passing down the toys did hit me in the feels because it was like symbolically watching my childhood end on the big screen. Pixar hasn't really made anything that has excited me outside of that franchise honestly ( I skipped Toy Story 4 and 5 and pretend they don't exist, the story seriously ended with 3.). I never got into Cars. I probably would've enjoyed Finding Nemo if I didn't watch the french dub "Trouver Nemo" of it first. I never got into Monsters Inc. either.
