Why you should always remove food from dishes before running the dishwasher.

So not how I imagined spending my late Wed evening...

Bathroom sink backed up with gray water from the neighbor's sink or dishwasher and so we had to wet vac out the sink and run a snake through the works and re-assemble everything again, then mop the floor and put a box fan in front of the cabinet shelf to dry overnight, wheeeeeeee! It all started when I was in the middle of making dinner around 8:40 (and I never ate it & that's in the fridge now since I lost my appetite with not only barf-smelling hot water all over bathroom, but also because the landlords creeps me out).

Anyway, I just heard whale sounded like absolute rain coming down, from the direction of the bathroom while I was cooking, and then I ran everywhere looking for my sink plunger, finally I found it and used it, to no avail. Pics are: during said rain, after the wet vac, and before putting everything back together.
