Someone used to manufacture a “Media Carousel” that stored 150 discs, were stackable, and USB controllable. However, I think they’re each about the same size as the DVD/CD binders… and I’m not sure they’re made anymore.
The “best” space efficient solution I’ve seen are putting the discs into paper tyvek sleeves, in drawers, with tall yellow inserts denoting each letter.
I’d love to know of better solutions, however.
