The problem is that this adds complexity *at no value*. I have never seen anyone ever mixing IDs and normal queries in one REQ.
The result you get is almost always not what you expect because of limits and because all filters are mixed into one ordered list so you may not even get to the IDs filter because the normal filter returned 2K events already.
