Tbh idk I've never used lnbits but btcpay is basically the gold standard for robust Bitcoin pos, other options are usually picked over btcpay for being more lightweight at the expense of some trust or what have you but idk about lnbits specifically.
For example, Bitcart doesn't require a full node but uses electrum under the hood (spv wallet) and you must manually provision liquidity.
