First, good news: By all indications, the USPS has been playing it straight, accepting and delivering ballots; they've respected the lower courts' injunctions, and there's no specific reason to believe that will change.
By all means, monitor your mail closely to ensure your ballot arrives.
BUT, USPS service has been generally degraded over the last year, and that could affect the timely return of your marked ballot.
