I agree, there's grass roots stuff and Aaron's been doing a wicked job creating V4V events here (and totally building from ground zero) and see what yourself and others are putting out there. And agreed Boo-Bury too, I was a bit gutted I couldn't participate in what Hash Power Music did earlier in the year with the streams and live show in Austin but it was tough with travel commitments with my main gig.

I think I'm really thinking about how we value music, especially withinin an area with rediclous amounts of capital in the viscinty and the musicians are getting the kind of money they'd get playing a little local space.

It is what it is... but then again, all the coolest shit always happened in the indie/underground world.
