No, doesn't have sleep tracking built-in -- However as I've discovered, this isn't really a HW but rather a SW limitation, so there's no reason it couldn't be done on the client-side app rather than the watch itself.

Overall: I think the hardware seems pretty rugged especially for a $40 product. Haven't tested the waterproofing yet but next time I swim I'll try.

The SW is still in that place of "mostly working but rough around the edges" UX like a lot of early-stage open-source projects (of which you should be familiar haha).

On-board OS that it ships with is InifiniTime, which works well enough but could use more polish / features. On my phone I use GadgetBridge, same thing applies there. "Activity detection" on the latter isn't working that great, and I've submitted issues w/r/t that.
