Our 400 year old tree at the landcare site. We mulched all around it a coupla years ago, to deter the potentially damaging council mowers. We then planted lomandras among the mulch. They mowed straight over it several times, grrrrr. Yesterday we planted a few more bird attracting plants (for the lerps), and put a load of tree guards, branches and wood offcuts around it all. 🤞🤞🤞
