The way my framework describes it, what we need is full field separation. There are four primary fields of influence that impact civilization. Tribal, Jurisdictional, Economic and Cultural. When any field dominates any of the others, it causes problems. When they work independently and collaborate, civilization grows and thrives. It's been true for 5,000 years.
