Apparently I'm one of the few people who got to read this thread but sadly I didn't think of taking screenshots. The following is what I recall from memory.

There is allegedly a branch or a subsidiary company of Strategy named "Stragegy GS", which stands for Government Services. According to Cato's thread this company had clearance to do business with American three letter agencies. The company board members of that company are public information, and the other posts focused on a few of them. All had ties to intelligence agencies and 20-30 year careers in the government.
