Heard someone talking about this. I only know two strategies to get out of a rut :
A) minimum viable action. Similar idea to minimum viable product. Just do the smallest thing, don't over think it, don't plan on a big thing to do. It gets the ball rolling.
B) GTFO - the rut is here. Go somewhere else. Magically, the rut doesn't follow.
