Currently it's using a trust-less mode without need for reputation between the users since the coordinator does the escrow and enforces it in case of disputes.
We might eventually implement a reputation mode option similar to Mostro (nprofile…3u36) for those who prefer such model.
The most important trust relies on the coordinator, which for now needs to be gained within the community.
Ultimately it might be possible to rely on nostr ratings for each coordinator which if filtered by your own web-of-trust kind of thing might be an useful improvement.
