Unfortunately, while I would agree with non-compliance, that is not an option for me, because I could lose my radio licenses that I already have. Before, I could rightly say that I was not aware of the issue. Now, I cannot. It's unlikely that I would have lost my license anyway. I just might have received a nasty gram and been asked to change to be compliant.
